The Eastern Transport Register (ETR) primarily supports Home and Community Care (HACC) funded organisations by providing specialised vehicles with wheel chair access, hoists, special steps etc. for hire.
Prior to completing an application form for membership it is recommended that you discuss your organisations requirements with the ETR Co-ordinator.
The process involves completing the application form for membership and agreeing to comply with the ETR User Agreement which you should read prior to completing the membership form. Other information that is required includes:
- provide a completed form for each driver that you authorise with their license number, phone number etc.
- provide the name of a “booking officer”, i.e. the person you nominate to complete bookings of vehicles on the online system.
- provide details for emailing invoices: for example your accounts receivable officer.
